Privacy

When you use our contact form, we store the information you provide, including your name, email, organization, links and message, so the publication can assess and respond to your inquiry. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the publication’s hosted database and are available to authorized site administrators, not other visitors. Hosting providers process technical information needed to run and protect the website. A daily changing hash of a network address is used to limit repeated submissions.

Audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, general location, device type and how readers found the publication. Google may process identifiers and technical information under its own privacy terms. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Your choices

A contact message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you separately join the newsletter, we store your email and consent in a private subscriber list for this publication. Newsletter delivery has not launched yet. You can request removal through the contact form or by emailing socialmarketinggroupinc@gmail.com. Contact messages and signup notifications are copied to the publication’s private Gmail inbox for review. The original records remain in the hosted database. Google processes those inbox copies under its privacy terms. We use contact details for your inquiry and related follow up. To request access, correction or deletion of a submission, use the contact form and select Privacy request.
