A two for one offer puts Off Broadway in the plans
NYC Off Broadway Week runs Oct. 5 to 18, with two for one tickets for 25 productions across the city.
NYC Off Broadway Week is underway through Oct. 18. The city’s official tourism organization lists 25 productions in the offer, including 15 new participants, with two for one tickets for eligible performances.
The choices range from familiar titles to newer arrivals. The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Alice in Wonderland and A Ghost in Your Ear appear in the official program. Spelling Bee is playing at New World Stages, 340 West 50th Street, giving one option a Midtown address.
Choose by mood and neighborhood, not simply by the size of the discount. A smaller theater can make a performance feel close at hand, while the surrounding blocks leave room for a simple dinner before or after the show.
Start with the official program, then confirm eligible dates and seat availability on the show’s ticket page. The offer runs Oct. 5 to 18, but participating performances and seats vary. Book the performance before arranging dinner.
